Use of the App
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the content you enter.
Subscriptions
Premium features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed by the store you purchased from.
No medical advice
MindGuardian provides wellness and self-reflection tools only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. In an emergency contact your local emergency services.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attempt to access other users' data, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MindGuardian.app LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
